Jaclyn Theeck
M.A., CCC-SLP

Jaclyn Theeck M.A., CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist and owner of the Speech and Learning Institute, Inc.  Ms. Theeck attended Eastern Michigan University and completed a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology.  She is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Florida, and has earned the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She has been practicing since 2001. Her clients have been ages 0-101. Ms. Theeck is an experienced clinician, educator, mentor, and community resource in Speech-Language Pathology.  She has extensive academic and hands-on knowledge from her years of experience working with children and adults.  Ms. Theeck has practiced in hospitals, outpatient facilities, schools, homes, skilled nursing facilities and private-clinics treating patients with a variety of diagnoses.  


In addition, Ms. Theeck is a certified teacher with an endorsement to teach K-5 elementary education and K-12 speech-language impaired.  She is certified to teach in Michigan and Florida.  Ms. Theeck is certified in the Orton-Gillingham method of reading and has completed extensive training in the areas of reading and phonemic awareness.  She worked for six years as a member of a special education team providing speech-language pathology services to children ages 3-18 in the Michigan Public Schools.

Tamara Paul
Speech-Language Pathologist

Tamara Paul "Miss Tammy" is a speech-language pathologist certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the State of Florida's Department of Health.  She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders with a Certificate in Developmental Disabilities at Florida State University.  Miss Tammy continued her graduate studies at Florida State University where she earned a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders as a Language and Literacy Research Grant recipient.  Miss Tammy joined the Speech and Learning Institute, Inc. in 2010 where she treats a pediatric caseload with a wide range of speech and language deficits including developmental and neurological disorders.  She specializes in Early Intervention and provides treatment in the clinic, homes and school setting.  Miss Tammy has completed many continuing education courses on pediatric feeding disorders including, “Mealtime Success for Kids on the Spectrum” and has great success in treating behavioral feeding disorders. Prior to joining The Speech and Learning Institute, Inc., she provided speech-language therapy to elementary students in Palm Beach County where she co-taught in special education classrooms for students with severe language learning disorders.

Camy is a graduate from Washington University School of Medicine with a Master's of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.  She has practiced as an adult and pediatric therapist for over 16 years working with a variety of diagnoses involving neurological, orthopedic, developmental disabilities, learning disabilities and cognitive impairment.
 
Camy Joined The Speech and Learning Institute in 2010 providing therapeutic services to the pediatric population to facilitate age appropriate developmental skills in the areas of fine motor, visual-motor, visual perception, pre-writing, handwriting and life/self-help skills.
 
Camy is Florida licensed and a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
